Singley Construction is about concrete. We embrace the newest technological advances in concrete. These new advances along with our knowledge of concrete have provided our customer with quality concrete products at a fraction of the cost.

Our beginning was in 1970 as a residential concrete contractor providing foundations and flat work throughout Northwest Illinois. Within two years of our start agricultural giant A.O. Smith Harvestor was asking Singley Construction to provide complete concrete services for their operations.

Times changed and Singley Construction restructured in 1995 to Singley Construction, Inc. and became a completely union based company. Since that point we have placed more than one million cubic yards of concrete in Northwest Illinois. We pride ourselves in our ability to incorporate new concrete technologies, along with increasing our knowledge of concrete.

We have found that one out of twenty times concrete will follow its own rules. That is when the ability to apply proper field experience and technology is essential. Singley Construction, Inc. has that experience and that technology.

Clients are requiring flatter floors. We provide our clients with FF/FL numbers or 40/35 without increasing costs. With proper planning we can provide higher numbers thus flatter floors.
